Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Monogrammed/personalized items and custom order items cannot be returned. If the monogramming is incorrect and it is the fault of our studio, not the buyer, then we will exchange for the same style item with the corrected personalization. Incorrect orders on the buyers behalf are NOT exchangeable. Please insure that you have typed your personalization as you would like it to be sewn on the item. Blue Bird Cedar will use their discretion on contacting customers on embroidery verification. Any items being returned/exchanged will be shipped to Blue Bird Cedar at the customer's expense. Return shipping to the customer will also be the charged to the customer. We will always strive for your satisfaction, so if ever there is a problem, please email us the full details.
